How fast are online orders of Easy Screenshot processed?
Online orders are processed very quickly, so you should receive the information required to activate your software soon after you place your order. If you have not received your key one hour after the order was confirmed, then please check your Spam filter to make sure it has not caught the message. How do I activate my software?
When you start Easy ScreenShot in the trial version you are presented with a Reminder Window that has a 'Enter Key' button. Click the 'Enter Key' button and you will immediately see Enter Key Window. Here you need to enter your Name and Key exactly as it is in your email receipt and click OK. Your software will now be activated and you will no longer see the Reminder Window when starting Easy ScreenShot.
When I type in my name and key, it tells me "the name/key you entered does not seem to be valid". What should I do?
Make sure that the serial number is being entered correctly, using only zeros and never the letter 'o' and also check that the name that is being entered is exactly as it appears on your receipt.
I lost my software key. What should I do?
Contact customer service and be sure to include as much information about your original order as possible.
Are there any restrictions on the registration keys?
Yes, due to the very competitive price of Easy ScreenShot, the Name and Key will only work on one computer. Should you require additional copies of Easy ScreenShot you can order these the same way providing the Hardware Fingerprint of the other computers.
